Leadership Development Based On Emotional Intelligence
If managers are self-aware they always know how their emotions and their actions can affect people around them as well as recognizing their strengths and weaknesses. Nillaroad has used its own expertise to base a leadership program on Reuven Bar-On’s model of emotional intelligence to familiarize your future leaders with concepts of leadership via emotional intelligence.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.
