This course is designed for middle to top managers of multinational corporations who use presentations as part of their everyday communication to internal and external stakeholders. Course Content: During this two-day workshop, each attendant will give a 5-minute and a 10-minute presentation. They will receive feedback from instructor and colleagues based in concepts dis- cussed in the course. In addition to presentation techniques such as slide design, content review, visual effects, attendants will learn: • How to manage audience, • Deal with difficult questions, and • Use body language, tonality and appropriate language to maximize effectiveness.
