At some point every organization needs to make significant decisions as part of its managerial process. While small organizations involve all levels of managers, larger organizations mainly depend on a team of trained professionals to make various decisions. By using Edward de Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats method we help decision makers use a variety of thinking styles and methodologies to develop their skills as a critical problem solver.

This course is for middle to top managers of Multinational Corporation or well structure Iranian companies who are involved in group decision making processes. The course, however, also focuses on personal preferences in individual decision making.
