Course Purpose:

To enable participants to make consistent selection decisions based on objective, job-related information gathered in the interview.

How do we work?

We teach your hiring team techniques to make sure them correctly

  1. analyze the candidates’ DISC reports,
  2. ask the correct questions, and
  3. evaluate information acquired in their interviews.

 

Your hiring team will learn:

  • Techniques to better evaluate the validity of responses they receive from candidates irrespective of the tools they use.
  • To meet the standards of information gathering techniques, and avoid the interference of personal judgments.
  • How to write reports based on their scientific assessments.
